Year 3, 4 and 5 performed wonderfully at their carol concert yesterday. Each class performed a poem about Christmas and in between they all sang favourite carols and encouraged the audience to join in. The children stood beautifully throughout and sang out lustily to a church full of parents and friends.
Mrs Thomas accompanied on flute, Mr Lobo on organ/ piano, Mr Simpson on guitar and as a special surprise, Mr Alonso showed off his trumpet skills!
As a treat at the end, the children got to hear the audience join in with them for a round version of "Feliz Navidad" led by Mrs Simpson and of course Senor Alonso!
