St Patrick’s are celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 5th March with many exciting classroom activities, along with the following:

• Early Years – visit to the library
• Year 1 and 2 – Come to school dressed as your favourite book character
• Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 – Create your favourite book character from recycled materials to share in school
• Year 6 – author visit March 19th (details to follow)

Also, look out for your £1 World Book day tokens!

When you get your book token, all you need to do is to take it to your local bookseller and swap it for one of the FIFTEEN exclusive, new and completely FREE World Book Day books (including ONE additional book in Ireland and TWO in Wales).

Or, if you’d prefer, you can use your book token to get £1 off any full price book instead.

We also have the Book Fair in school from Friday 13th to Wednesday 18th March. Please come through the office to the Junior shared area after school.
