St Patrick's Catholic Primary School

The Government requires a Catholic school, like ours, to fund 10% of these works and this costs us around £11,400 a year which we must pay to the Diocese of Portsmouth.

The school budget is not allowed to be used for these payments.

We have a School Building Fund and we ask parents to contribute what they can each year. With Covid and the cost of living crisis, we have not done this for a few years.

But the fund is now EMPTY

And we have a bill of £11,400 to pay to the Diocese!
