After many months of waiting, our statues have finally arrived! The only place we could find that sold what we wanted was in Italy, so the two statues travelled many miles, losing their way at times and finally made it across the water, only to be compounded in a customs warehouse until we paid the import tax!
The school council, able assisted by Mrs Hales and Mrs Claridge, were so excited when two huge packages arrived for them to open.
It wasn't easy to unwrap and get all the packing out, but they "Persevered".
Mysterious objects lay within ....
