The feast day of our patron saint is nearly upon us! Next Wednesday 17th March, we are going to have a special day and do some exciting things.
The children may wear anything they like to school on Wednesday. Please don’t go out (or online) and buy anything – it’s just a chance to wear own clothes or something a bit different. Some suggestions:
· Something green
· Be a famous person
· Someone from a book or film
· Sports clothes
· Mad hair
· Some sort of hat or headgear
· Party clothes
· Simply something you like wearing
The children will be doing some cooking activities during the day and should have something nice to bring home with them. (Please make sure you have told us about any allergies if you haven’t already done so).
Dee and her kitchen team have offered to make a festive Irish menu – more details of this to follow.
St Patrick’s Liturgy with Fr Ross at 1.45pm. You can join us by clicking the link:
We’re hoping to have a professional dancer perform for us live over video, but if any children that learn Irish dancing would also like to perform, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ve had some fantastic performances from children in the past!
All the classes will have a class party in the afternoon to round off what should be a really exciting day!
